Recently , I strike my 1,000th hour in The Sims 4 . I jump from one biz to the next , so I rarely dedicate more than a few hundred hour to anything . Interestingly enough , despite having over 1,000 hour in The Sims 4 , I ’m not bore of the game yet . However , as I think about my bequest challenge tan , I see mods could aid solve this dilemma . Either that , or I ’m overthinking it and should delight playing the video biz .

So far , the only exception outside of content I download for study has been theMore Columns mod . When I had no expansions , I was okay with having two columns in CAS . As I bought more , I finally bumped it to five column , and I have yet to take back to two . It ’s like buying a second monitor ; once you get it , you ca n’t go back to one .
With that say , I also avoid using Lolium temulentum as much as possible . Like with mod , it ’s not that I dislike them or think they ruin the game . My playthroughs are already simple and easy to watch over , so I do n’t necessarily postulate cheats to speed anything up . I have experimented with science cheats and other miscellaneous features , but I do n’t typically use them to influence my saved filing cabinet importantly .
My Favorite Sims 4 Save Files So Far

Watching a Sim go from someone who like games to making their career out of it reminds me of my story . I ’m not quite as crazy and adventuresome as these two are , though . When the Coats duo are not gaming and working , they also work up rocket , exercise together , and occasionally paint . They ’re unforced to try anything as long as there is n’t a bunch of Sims around !

4. Makenzie Dowling – Shy Girl by Day, Magical Girl by Night
Speaking of internet renown , I take up a different coming with this one . Something about the classic “ living a double lifetime ” trope in TV shows and moving picture has always interested me , and I wanted to examine this by creating a chill Sim by twenty-four hours and a bubbly , happy - go - lucky pennon by night .
So far , I ’m having a blast , but I ’m still figure out how I want to go about it . Everyone , meet Makenzie .

Unlike some of the former entries , this one is an experimental playthrough I start a few weeks ago in another attempt to shift things up , and so far , it ’s far more enjoyable than I expected . At first , I begin her to try the TV game streamer and Simfluencer part - time line of work to conform to her character more , but after struggling to give her rip , I swap her to social metier . This is the first time in a while I ’ve had a challenge with a house , and I could n’t be happy .
5. Not So Berry Challenge – Third Attempt
I had to mention this at least once since it is one of the few legacy challenge I ’ve completed in the past . While I can no longer access my first two attempts , I of late begin a third playthrough with a few twist .
So far , I ’ve only dispatch the first two generation , with routine three in progress . The apprehension ? The day the premature generation ’s heir becomes a young adult , I like a shot create a newborn infant for the next and juggle the challenge ’s tasks and childcare . I also go into it with zero cheats , including no free real landed estate or money slicker . I ’ve also made it so the characters do not have spouses to lend an supererogatory bed to the money - making and multi - tasking aspect of the challenge .
I agnise chop-chop that the drawback of this scheme is that the write up of my characters does n’t make much sentiency without having extra Sims adding to the immersion . On the plus side , it ’s still fun , and I plan on continue this until I reach the end .
