Most systems in EvilVEvil are tied to EXP , which you earn by completing missions . You level up your character as you make EXP , whichunlocks newfangled weapon system and Artifacts . Your Capacity also increases , which allows you to habituate more artefact at the same time .

Best Leon build
Leon is a jack of all trades and can be built for almost anything . I ’m not a devotee of his Slam , as it can cut back on scene and is a hassle to aim . With this in mind , We’re building into the Hook abilityand focus on artillery DPS and survivability .
Your perfect Leon build will belike be different if you may tame his Slam , but this is a hefty artillery and Hook setup . Meat Hook augments the Hook ability tohit more fair game .
