The Highwayman is a side seeking that is not useable in your journal for you to tag . You first need to trip the side seeking . For that , head to thesouthern part of Rancho Coronado . Here , you will have to determine a service department on the pronounced location on the map .
Once you reach there , look for a service department with graffiti of a horse on the left . As you launch the garage , you will see the motorcycle at heart .
Interact with the computer inside the garage and head to theMessages tab . Read the message to trigger the side pursuance . You will then have to find James to expect about what happened to Josie .
To find James , head to thewest of Japantown near the bridge . You will incur him sit on a judiciary . James will tell you that something bad happen to Josie , and she was last seen atThe Glen in Heywood .
Go back to James in west Japantown and tell him about what happen . You will get two dialogue options whether to call him out or to tell him that he had a choice . scream him out will leave in a mini - boss fight .
After confront James , loyal change of location toNorthside , Watsonto find the secret service department . From the degraded change of location distributor point , go direct down the road and turn mightily to come up the service department . You will see the same horse graffiti beside the garage door as you did beside the garage in Rancho Coronado .

The doorway to the service department will be lock with a computer keyboard lock . Interact with the curl and go into the identification number 0214 , which you see next to James on the terrace . After unlock the garage door , theArch Nazare “ Itsumade”vehicle will get add together to your service department , concluding The Highwayman side quest .
