Xur will arrange up his black market shopevery Friday at 12 ET / 9 am PT . He will place up in one of three potential location every weekend : Winding Cove in the EDZ , Watcher ’s Grave on Nessus , or in the Hangar at the Tower . He will remain at this location for three twenty-four hour period until the hebdomadal reset on Tuesday .
