kill Death on your layer is means more prosperous
The indie knave - lite Death Must go is one of those games you could play for hours without detect the prison term promptly passing by . And that just squall , “ Hey , that ’s a great Deck plot ! ” but can the Steam Deck hightail it this Early Access title well or not ?
Is Death Must Die Performance on Steam Deck Good?
you could bet Death Must Die on the Steam Deck without any braggart issue . operation is quite good despite still being in its Early Access period and not having the Verified foretoken yet . And honestly , it feels much more well-fixed to kill dateless waving of systema skeletale lying down on your bed than sitting on the same chair again . unproblematic games like that have the perfect Deck vibe , and I ’m all in for those .
But while performance is usually reproducible , I ’ve race into a few issues as soon as more enemy set out popping up on my screen . goop , more specifically . Whenever a slime wafture seem , my FPS would drop significantly in a way I have n’t experienced on PC.That ’s something to be expected , consider how many unlike ( and more elaborate ) models the biz is trying to load at the same sentence .
But to be good , that was n’t that big of an issue . The game does get a routine dim for a few instant , but it is n’t a discharge - killer in any way . I can still safely hedge as I always do , and my FPS break down back to normal after a few second and some slimes hit , and my trial continues as normal until the next guck wave .

Curiously , the big skeleton waves would n’t trigger the same effect , so it seems like this problem is single to those herds of icky creatures . But it should n’t be like that for long , as the game is forever receiving more updates every day .
Since the Steam Deck performance is already okay , I would n’t bet on that problem to be a priority for a while , but it should be solved eventually if Realm Archive wants the biz to finally get the Verified symbol . And I find like they do .
