Harry Osborn in certain stories becomes the Hobb Goblin , so it would make perfect sense to me at least to keep him alive just to become the main villain . To add some weight to my possibility , Harry ’s father Norman brings up the G - Serum which is a clear reference to the Goblin Formula . This could be a fashion to set up either Norman or Harry becoming the main scoundrel for the next game .
Since Harry knows that Peter and Miles are Spider - Men , the subsequence could have tons of stake in it . This can help the narrative be darker and more ripe because now our heroes ’ individuality becomes a job .
