There is no official roadmap for Halo Infinite . That being say , 343 Industries have laid out some plans for the future . The most basic shape of this is Halo Infinite ’s season . The plot has launched in season 1 which will lead until May of 2022 . During this time , fans can participate in limited - time event such as the Fractures : Tenrai outcome .
The next approaching event for Halo Infinite will be theWinter Contingency Christmas eventaccording to leaks . This will run from Dec. 21 , 2021 , until Jan. 3 , 2022 . During this time players can unlock decorative detail which will likely have a wintry theme to them .
