How does combat work in Hero’s Hour?
Commands
Hero ’s Hour is an auto belligerent , so the unit of measurement will attack and move independently . But you canplace your troopsbefore the battle begins andissue commands throughout combat . you could chatter and drag foeman to place them on the arena . Give commands via three unlike methods :
At the bottom right , you have the alternative to command your whole todefend or attack . Defend will make your units to stay back and not engage the enemy , while plan of attack will command them to appoint and onset enemies .
Heroes
During combat , your submarine sandwich plays a part in struggle . They can be control just like your ground forces andcast spellsby selecting one at the bottom of the screen . They can also issue the bidding toretreatby push thewhite flagat the bottom of the projection screen .
Flow of combat
track the flow of combat is done at the top of the silver screen by thecolored bar . If you are gain ground , the color of your measure will push closer to the opposition , and vice versa if you are losing . What units are on the field and how many die in battle are chase after by their icons to the left and rightfield of this taproom .
Fielded army and reserves
Sometimesyour army is too large to fieldall at once , andsome units must beleft in your reserve . The game will mechanically select which units to place on the field , but you could switch out units from the force field and your reserves before the battle start up . If you lose enough units , you may also pull more units from your second-stringer during battle .
