Getting to Altar of Reflection : Catalyst
Once you ’ve unlocked the voltage for this quest , head word to Savathun ’s Throne World and skip to the Quagmire Quick Travel level . You wo n’t have much of a option , since this is the only ready travel peak on this intact planet , and that still moil my goat . From your spawn point , question North and keep Cicily Isabel Fairfield , head into the cave where the Public Event often spawns . You ’ll need to take the tunnel that skews downwards .
Once you ’ve made your elbow room to these pestilence - infected Hall , you ’ll find yourself in a larger cavern , spotted with Scorn . heading straight across , through a door , and you ’ll find yourself in a large black chasm . There ’s a jump puzzle here . We need to get straight across , but the honorable itinerary is actually immediately to your right . pip the pustules in decree to light up up your way , then follow the paries to your rightfield up , then down , and you ’ll eventually be able-bodied to make the leap across .
You ’ll get in a prominent chamber , with some orange - legal profession Scorn . Kill the Scorn , then lead into the bone - alike elbow room beside them . Inside , you ’ll see the glowing white Deepsight Orb . Interact with it , and we canalmoststart the quest .

Solving the Altar of Reflection Puzzle 1
Once you interact with the eyeball , you ’ll have 30 seconds to fill in the teaser . You ’ll notice that the walls will be splash with some green paint . Our goal is to move around the room until it forms Savathun ’s symbol . Once you view the symbol from the proper slant , you ’ll get a very shortsighted invigoration , which will indicate you ’ve done it aright .
lead up the short stair then gaze at it , moving onward or backwards , right or left , until the CRT screen goes monochromic . At least once , I ’ve had to jump to trigger it .
Once you ’ve sealed in the correct answer , a doorway with a hepatic portal vein will appear in front of you . Interact with it and we ’ll eventually start the quest in full .
reset the Altar of Reflection Rune Patterns
You ’ll arrive in a familiar , blue - tinged room . Savathun will bitterly recognize that she ’s lost , and you ’ve gain , but that she still has many mystery story left to unravel . We ’ll take to complete the puzzler in this elbow room to listen more .

Once that ’s done , we ’ll need to solve the second part of the runic letter puzzle . You ’ll notice that the rotund chopine will now have runes on the sides of them .
I suspect that the runes are randomize , so here ’s how to solve this teaser . see nearly at the string of runes . Most of them will be the same … except three . pullulate the ones that do n’t agree the rest .
Once you ’ve pullulate three , the next trial will commence .

Defeat the Lucent Archivists
Finally , we get to shoot something other than occult symbolisation .
Step into the next way full of hero-worship Acolytes . Next , plow up the volume because the euphony for this conflict is fantastic .
Once you ’re committed to the room , a Giant Shrieker will breed called Witch ’s Eye , Keeper of Memory . There will also be one Lucent Archivist , mingled amongst the two 12 Acolytes and Thrall , who will attempt to kill you . He ’s essentially a yellowed - bar Knight with a Lucent Moth , and he ’s not too hard to take down . eliminate him first , then kill the Shrieker .
If you ’re shin with the Shrieker , climb the stairs and hide behind the pillars . Wait out its burst of attacks , then pip at its pupil before evade forth again . In this way , you may slowly whittle down Witch ’s Eye . But if you ’re a Warlock , you could just throw a tracking Nova Bomb at it . That worked well for me , as I could obliterate behind concealment and the Nova Bomb will boomerang its way to the Shrieker , knocking out two - thirds of its wellness .
When the room is exonerated , head through the door the Shrieker was guarding .
Memory
Approach the altar , and you ’ll trigger off one of Savathun ’s memories . A memory of a brutish , coherent steel . A weapon system that she does n’t use , but rather uses as a lure . For Guardians . Because we love weapon . She roll in the hay us so well .

With that done , return to the Evidence Board in The Enclave and twist in the quest .
Case reexamine
You ’ll then be move to “ Review Case ” at the Evidence Board . Just interact with it again , and you ’ll see Savathun ’s thoughts lay out in more detail . snap the Engram at the bottom , and you ’ll gain a random Throne arm . you may descend back next week to fill out another Altar of Reflection Quest for more Throne Weapons .
