The second stride will have you defeat 100 disdain and enter in aPublic Eventin the Miasma region .
You will find pocket of Scorn break up across the Throne World .
The Public Event , however , is a waiting game . You may have to waitress for a while before you spot a Public Event in the Miasma region .

Step 3
The third footstep of this missionary work will have you scourging through the Miasma Region forfaction chest . These camarilla chests are defend by Scorn , so if you run into a group of Scorn , there ’s a high chance that you will see a sect chest nearby .

Step 4
You need to reachreputation Rank 3 with Fynchin order to nail this step . You should fundamentally be at Rank 3 if you ’ve managed to fill out the above three steps .
