How to Start Building an Outpost or Ship in Starfield
We ’ll start with outstation building since that ’s more potential why you ’re here . To enroll Build Mode , you ’ll first want to ensure you have an Outpost Beacon down . The radio beacon positioning paint can be found in the scanner . Once you constitute it , walk up to the beacon and either pressE on your keyboardorA on your controllerto open up the Build Mode . From there , you’re able to either pressEscapeor hold down theB buttonto going the Build Mode .
As an added note , you might find yourself having trouble getting into a social organization at your frontier settlement while in Build Mode . If you ’re having this matter , then you ’ll want to switch from Build Mode over to change Mode by press Tab or the B button . While make up your outpost , you may question how you canlink them between each otherfor easy material transfer . To do so , you ’ll need to build two Cargo Links , with each yoke together . To do so , you ’ll require the follow materials :
At each Cargo Link , you ’ll find an extroverted container and an Incoming container . Any storage containers or extractors attached to the Outgoing container will transport those material to the other outpost ’s Incoming container . From there , they can be channelize to a memory board container or whatever you ’d like .
How to Enter Ship Building Mode in Starfield
Entering intoship building modeis much simpler . First affair first , speak with a Ship Services Technician and select “ I ’d like to see and qualify my ships . ” . Once you see your ship , press the Ship Builder key heel in the bottom right of the screen , and you ’ll be free to mess up around with whatever you ’d like . Be quick , though , as the menu is quite daunting .
