I say this because I spent several hours await for him to spawn , move in and out of the map , traveling back to his spawn from Waypoints , and nothing could trigger it . However , when I returned the next day , Gaspar was standing right in his spawn geographical zone . After killing him , he then proceeded to respawn every fifteen to twenty instant .
