As you work on solving the secret of the Southern Ruins in The Fabled Aurora event in Detective Pikachu Returns , you ’re tasked with finding a “ savoury red Berry ” for the Passimian statue . And if you ’re like me , you ’ve checked every tree diagram to no avail – where is it ? Here ’s where to find the hot red Berry in Detective Pikachu 2 .

The yellow and downhearted Berries for the other two Passimian statues were found on tree , so sure enough this is where you could find a hot red-faced one , proper ? unseasonable . It ’s not on a tree , as you may have meet if you pass 20 bit looking for it like I did .

To find the spicy red Berry , you need to talk to Chris Honor , Professor Gordon ’s supporter . He ’s standing just outside the ruination , stirring a pot of curry . If you look to the left of the ruin ingress , you ’ll spot a tree with no Berries . concurrence ? Nope . Someone ( or something ) picked all the red spicy berry off it .

After some dialog and a deduction on what on the dot materialize to the Berries , you ’ll have to find a substitute . Speak to Chris Honor again and ask him about a “ Substitute for a Tamato Berry ? ” . He ’ll give you some of his curry , which you must place on the terminal Passimian statue . It sounds eldritch but just roll with it .

With all three Berries ( well , two Berries and some curry ) on their several statue , the Aegislash door in the north of the room will open , and you’re able to finally progress deeper into the Southern Ruins .
