The blueprint weapon can be earnedby defeating the Legacy foreman at Legacy ’s Fortress , northwestern United States of the centre of the map in the D2 square , in the Zombies mode . However , instrumentalist can not simply travel to the location to stick the boss . Here is the process :

It is important to note that the Tactical Negotiator weapon can be used for future Zombie missions , but the blueprint is not useable in multiplayer . Perhaps it will be in the futurity , but it is presently Zombies - only .
