This path will eventually take you to acircular elbow room . Make your fashion to the door at the opposite close of the elbow room , then jump across the broken bridge deck . You will have get in at the Circle of Bones . From here , turn flop and keep follow the balcony . You will come up the Withered Plumes onone of these ledgeshere .
