Darth Vanadium
Starfield is full of crafting fabric that you need if you want to get some powerful mod or expand your outpost , and Vanadium is just another metallic element on the leaning . In this pathfinder , I ’ll go over one of the right spots I found for the metal and how you could extract the material for yourself .
Where to Find Vanadium in Starfield
you’re able to find Vanadium to the northwest of the Science Outpost on satellite Kapteyn I. This major planet is part of the Kapteyn system , and there are only two major planet to search , making the locations wanton to spot . To make search for the uncommon alloy even easier , the Science Outpost is one of the major POIs on the aerofoil , so you do n’t have to guess .
I land at the Science Outpost , and then I headed north-west after picking up a military mission to take out the Spacers in the area . Multiple small rocks on the way of life had some Vanadium ore veins that I could take advantage of with my Cutter . As always , the Cutter is completely necessary for collecting any metal on your own in Starfield .

When you start to get more resources stack up , and you have enough materials in your ship , you may jump using extractor as well . These are part of the Outpost arrangement in the game , and they permit you to pull alloy like Vanadium from larger areas in the ground . These are expensive but act upon passively .
The most important part of recover stuff like Vanadium , though , is surveying the Earth’s surface of a planet when you come . These scans will assure you what metals can appear , and I scanned the same direction on the Kapteyn I satellite . Because Vanadium is rarer in Starfield , you have to do more guessing work on the scans themselves .
Once you have enough material , verify youstore those items in your shipto save some space .
