While the Zombies mode in Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 3 has a more open existence than late entrance , there are still convolute enigma to be found . There is a locked bank vault at section H7 on the map that gives only a chessboard next to it as a clue .
How to Find Locked Vault in MW3 Zombies
The locked burial vault is located in the southeast section of the map in the H7 square . The burial vault is underneathShahin Manor , and players will have to fall down a rope in a room to the left of the primary entrance . The doors to the vault are locked , and a chessboard suspiciously sit down next to it .
The chessboard is key to unlock the vault , whichcontains a few prominent Aether caches and Gold Barsthat are deserving 3,500 Essence each . However , one of the caches will transform into a Mimic , so be quick to agitate .
How to Solve Chessboard Puzzle in MW3 Zombies
There are four pieces on the chessboard , andeach represents the location of the transmission twist on the Zombies mapthat needs to be touch off to give the vault door . Anyone in the game can actuate these four devices , and here are the location for all four :
Bishop Piece
The Bishop man contagion can be found in the burrow north ofLegacy ’s Fortress . The boss will be by himself and will throw the machine when shoot down .
Knight Piece
The Knight transmission can be plant on a few mercenariesin an armored vehicle locomote the railroadthat circle most of the map . Grab a car and follow the railroad until seeing a lone red car on the map . vote down the Knight to get the machine .
Pawn Piece
The Pawn transmittal has no genus Bos to overcome , and isin a shack in the northeastern turning point of the single-valued function . The gimmick will be inside , but will spawn a Disciple and a horde of foeman .
Rook Piece
The Rook contagion is in theGhalia Seaside Hotel on the west side of the map . The honcho will be on the fourth flooring surround by mine and a sentry gun .
