early on on in the story , you ’ll encounter an object lens that asks you to “ Power up the elevator . ” Despite being one of the first puzzler it can be surprisingly confusing as you are n’t given much direction by the secret plan on what to do . Here ’s how to power up the lift inAtomic Heart .

Steps to power up the elevator
The elevator you are trying to power up sit opposite of one another in a elbow room with a large hole filled with fire settle in the middle . For now , headspring past the elbow room through the double doors and turn over exit . Here you ’ll meet a door with a key disk curl . You need to get into this door by open up the lock however doing so requires a key disk . After interacting with the curl the secret plan will provide direction on where to go with marker that you may follow .
Continue on past the camera and put down the Administration ’s inspection and repair room on the left - hand side of the corridor . Interact with the desk on your immediate right as you record the service room ( Interact is ‘ F ’ or ‘ atomic number 37 / R1 ’ by default option ) to line up the primal disk .
Once you ’ve got the key disk you need to return to the locked doorway . Interact with the whorl and Major will mechanically unlock the threshold using the cardinal disk . Upon inscribe there will be a light relay puzzle on your left field . To puzzle out the relay race mystifier , interact with the relays in the order shown above .
