There ’s a puzzle in nearly every niche of Tsurumi Island , and that includes the locked Precious Chest south of Chirai Shrine , east of the Moshiri Ceremonial Site . To unlock this Chest , you need to site four Electro Seelies and lead them back to their nearby military post .
Start by maneuver to the country circled in the image below . There , you ’ll observe a locked Precious Chest sit on a stone platform .

First and Second Electro Seelies
The first Electro Seelie can be found on a drop-off west of the Precious Chest . Simply approach it and lead it back to its C. W. Post beside the Chest .
The 2nd Electro Seelie is locked behind a Thunder Barrier by the shore . You ’ll discover a nearby Thunder Sakura Bough , which you’re able to interact with to pick an Electrograna and come in the barrier to disperse it . You may need to Geo Construct to get hold of the Seelie as it ’s quite high-pitched up .
If you ’re unable to enter the roadblock with an Electrograna , you may first need to level up your sanctified Sakura in the Grand Narukami Shrine to strengthen its effects .
Third Seelie
The third Electro Seelie is situate on a landform in the water east of the Precious Chest . You may also need a Geo Construct or Wind Current to help elevate yourself while leading this Seelie back to its post , as it fly high than the jump reach of characters with an adult body type .
Fourth Seelie
The 4th Electro Seelie is located to the south of the Precious Chest . You ’ll obtain a Hilichurl digging on the earth . Defeat it and you ’ll find a Dig interaction , which will let on an Electro Seelie that you may lead back to its post .
After take all four Electro Seelies back to the Precious Chest , the latter will unlock and will be free for you to loot .
