Miquella is the duplicate brother of Malenia , one of the tough bosses in the secret plan and one of the most potent demigod . While Malenia was cursed with Scarlet Rot , it was her twinned brother that was cursed with never being able to age past a tyke .
In the art that was released for Shadow of the Erdtree , we see a case that matches the description of Miquella in the game . The flow blonde whisker , the age , and the appearing all seem to point to this superman getting a spotlight in the upcoming DLC . In Elden Ring , Miquella is supposedly dead at the hands of Mohg , which can complicate the idea of the demigod showing up in DLC .
