Even screw how wild some of the former collaboration were , getting to see Fall Guys take on Final Fantasy XIV is not something I was expecting . This unbelievable - yet - amusing collab will be reach the critically acclaimed MMO presently , but will it be sticking around , or will it soon be go ?
Is the FFXIV – Fall Guys Collab Permanent?
The Fall Guys collab is not permanent but seasonal . This means that while it will be run a few weeks after its debut , it ’ll finally come back in the futurity just like other events normally do in the game . Other “ seasonal case ” collab event would include Dragon Quest or the Final Fantasy XV event , which have all returned at least once since their first appearance .
The ratification come from theofficial FFXIV x Fall Guys website , where it states that this consequence will last from Tuesday , October 31 , 2023 at 3:00 a.m. ( PDT ) to Sunday , December 31 , 2023 at 6:59 a.m. ( PST ) . As for the seasonal part , it was confirmed directly by game director Naoki Yoshida in the latest Live Letter for Patch 6.51 which happened at the FFXIV London Fan Fest .
A peculiar - themed Gold Saucer attractor will be useable during the event point , as well as many exclusive rewards for the event , such as the full Fall Guys bean costume or two variations of the succeeder ’s crownwork . There are also new mounts and minions , all obtainable with the special MGF currency , only available in this fever dream collab .
This could definitely be a lasting collab thing , just like the NieR - themed Alliance Raids were , but while Alliances are a staple for every expanding upon , the same can not be said for Gold Saucer attractions .
Hopefully , it wo n’t be long until we see our bean supporter back in Eorzea after they ’re move at the end of this year , and they ’ll probably return with even more rewards to partake . The door will still be open for the next possible collabssuch as the upcoming FFXVI one .
