For one , the nostalgia of being in the Naruto world play back some incredible feeling . It made me want to rewatch the serial . This was amplified by some of the game ’s piquant battles .

Intense combat mechanics

It ’s finally a modest issue that did n’t vary the fact that I really savour the combat .

History vs Special Story mode
unluckily , I found the two unmarried - instrumentalist modes uninteresting , leaving me yearning for a different type of unmarried - role player experience altogether . There were some moments that rip me in , but then it would shorten to a dreadfully dull scene , and faggot – my interest was decimate . It ’s inauspicious . The story mode and the undivided - player experience overall had so much untapped potential . chronicle Mode rehashes the news report from the rootage of Naruto to the ending of Shippuden , jumping between anime stills to one-time battles from Naruto ’s young person . History Mode does n’t have much essence on its ivory either , yet at times , I plant myself preferring it over the main campaign .

Customization heaven
The customization options are uncivilised . With around 130 characters to bring around with , you not only get hundreds of costume , but a overplus of accessories to purchase with in - biz currentness . I enjoyed heading to the accessory area to purchase some funny computerized axial tomography ear or bat wings for Sasuke and the like to fag .
However , the costume are quite expensive . You have everything from warrior ’s attire to summertime swimsuits , and a ton of color mutation as well . What ’s also crack customizable are the teams . If you have the right combination of characters on your squad , you could make a Combination Secret Technique . For instance , Naruto and Sasuke will have a particular Linked Secret Technique together with a unique view and animation . The amount of combination seems endless , and I ’ve still yet to come across them all .

Looks and feels good
One thing I will point out is how good Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections looks and feels . It ’s been seven years since the previous Ninja Storm installment , and although I do n’t fully know the improvement , I do acknowledge this looping runs well and is visually pleasing . Not arresting , but it brings the Zanzibar copal to life well enough .
I never once had outlet with soma charge per unit or microbe , but that did n’t surprise me , since it ’s not a graphically - intensive game in the slightest . fighting relocation feel highly responsive with no meanwhile to account for as well . The game look its undecomposed during cutscenes in the Special Story mode , and during fight . When those huge moments bump during a screwball Special Technique , the animation is crisp , and the military action is unspoiled than ever before .
A roller coaster of feelings
Overall , there were some moments in Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections where I was really enjoying my metre with it , and then other moments when I wished for more than I was begin . The things I was most let down by were the Special Story and History modes , which are central to the single - player experience . But if you ’re planning to play this game for multiplayer purposes only , then I believe you ’re in for a fun time . Although I do feel like the single - musician experience should n’t have had to be diminished to ensure the core engagement features were stellar .
