These attacks can be tricky to turn tail , but the constantly ticking timekeeper and Mektul ’s empowered state are the biggest challenge to overpower in this battle . ensure you prepare yourself with plenty of fire underground before you take him on , and use anycoldorfrostmoves you have , as this is Mektul ’s impuissance .
Any debuffs you have will also come in handy during this combat , like Wither , Armor Break , or any curses you may have . At the end of the daytime , any way you could make him weaker and invest yourself will assist tremendously .

It is also important to mark that Mektul is an optional boss . Beating him and dispatch the Treasures of Utzaal quest does fall with reward , but you may always come back and take him on when you ’re a bit stronger if you feel you are underpowered for the chore .
Mektul, the Forgemaster Rewards
