He will require you to give Nepheli a potion , but like everything in Elden Ring , your actions may have unlooked-for moment . So , should you give the Seluvis Potion to Nepheli in Elden Ring ?
The shortsighted solution is no . There are several ways to go about this questline , but giving Nepheli the potion is not worth it in the long run . Here is what happens if you do or do not give her the potion .

What happens if you give Nepheli the potion?
If you give her the potion , you will welcome theDolores Puppet Ashesbut will finish Nepheli ’s questline . you may continue with Seluvis ’s questline , but Nepheli will be gone . If you would like the Dolores Puppet Ashes , you may find Nepheli in the cellar area of the Roundtable Hold past the blacksmith . If she is not there , it is potential she may be at the Village of the Albinaurics . After talking to her there , she will go to the Roundtable Hold .
What happens if you do not give Nepheli the potion?
or else of giving Nepheli the potion , head up toGideon ’s room in the Roundtable Hold . He will distinguish you that Nepheli is his daughter . You will then have the selection to tell apart him about the potion . He will then indicate a plan where he put down the potion and you trick Seluvis into think you have it to Nepheli . This is the best alternative , as you could continue both questlines and can eventually unlock more Ashes from Seluvis .
