Along with the SMG nerf , Sniper Rifles are bugger off a 10 % damage buff in PvE. Other than that , specific weapons that were performing abnormally got tweaks like the Tyranny of Haven Bow , the Long Arm Scout Rifle , and Izanagi ’s Burden Sniper Rifle .
